  • Click on the category name on the left of the homepage to view the products we have within those categories.
  • You can also use the search bar located at the top of our homepage to find your preferred products.
    • Once you have found your preferred product, just follow the next steps below:
    • Select a preferred size and then click on ‘buy now’, to add this product into your cart.
    •  Click on the ‘go to cart’ tab to complete your order process 
    • Afterwards fill in the required contact information (note: remember to select payment method).
    • Click checkout then pay with paypal, visa & mastercard credit/debit card  or Crypto
    • Finally, an order number will be generated for you meaning your order was successfully placed

When checking out on our website, you can enter a promo code in the initial shopping cart screen OR on the payment page where you enter your credit card information. You should see the discount in the cost breakdown portion of the ‘Checkout’ process. Make sure to press APPLY when adding your promo code.

You may cancel your order, as long as it has not entered the shipping process. Click here to sign into your account. Select your order and click the Cancel icon.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship Internationally from our website. We can only ship within the United Kingdom and we can only accept UK-issued credit / debit cards. For International inquiries/orders, please email [email protected]

Xquisitefashio.com has two payment options to choose from: Pay with PayPal or Pay with credit / debit card. When you place your order on our website, these options are displayed and you can choose an option that is suitable for you.

Our prices have already been discounted to make them as competitive as possible. The prices are not negotiable.

Yes, we use ‘Secure Socket Layer’ (SSL) technology to encrypt your payment card to ensure your details are safe.

There can been several reasons why your card has been refused such as the use of a wrong PIN. For further details, please contact your card issuer.

Shipping & Delivery

We are online mail, with its administrative office in United Kingdom. However, you place an order we deliver to you anywhere in the country

Absolutely, we deliver Nationwide, all that is required of you is to input a direct address to you and you will get your package in a few days.

Orders will usually ship within 7-10 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not processed until the following business day. Standard (Ground) shipping via UPS ground or UPS SurePost is available within the Contiguous United States.

Well it could come earlier. However, there is express delivery that attracts a certain amount and it requires you to make full payment. This way, your order gets to you in no time.

The shipping charge is a charge imposed by our courier service. A charge is applied based on your order weight and your shipping address.

Our dispatch personnel would call you before making the delivery. If you are unavailable to receive your item, a re-delivery will be scheduled within 3 days. Please note that your order will be cancelled after 2 re-delivery attempts.

Yes. Your parcel can be delivered to any address convenient for you. To make this possible, you should enter your preferred address as your ‘shipping address’ before you checkout.

We endeavor to send out products readily available as most of our customers appreciate prompt deliveries. If your orders do not come in a single package, be rest assured that the remaining item(s) will also be delivered to you within the delivery timeline.
